Joe is a Past District Governor of District 6170 and currently serves in a party-time capacity as our District Administrator.  He brings to us a wealth of knowledge about all things "Rotary," unequaled experience with our District, and lots of enthusiasm about our opportunities for fellowship and service.  Our program chair is Don Walizer.
